⁃ Available for providers and customers daily from 8 to 6 with freedom to use your time management skills efficiently minimizing working based on business needs.
⁃ Utilize Email, Phone and Text to proactively engage new and future Customers and Service Providers (IC’s) for Cleaning Bookings. Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactively engaging our customers and service providers
⁃ Assigning Bookings on Daily basis to IC’s
⁃ Scheduling IC’s ⁃ On boarding new providers ⁃ Charging bookings daily in Booking Koala (BK)
⁃ Running payroll in Gusto – weekly
⁃ Responsibilities for incoming and outgoing Calls to IC’s and Customers (New/Future)
