Remote WordPress Developer

We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer to craft exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for clean, beautiful, and functional web design, translating concepts into captivating, user-friendly designs. This role will encompass the creation of visual designs, from inception to publication on WordPress.

Qualifications:

– Proven work experience as a web designer and web content manager

– Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other visual design and wireframing tools (Bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Adobe XD)

– Strong capabilities in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping, and the ability to write website code to build interactive elements

– Proficiency in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps

– Coding capabilities to transform UI/UX design wireframes into functional code and optimized user interactions

– Collaborative skills to work with back-end developers for a cohesive user experience

– Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the business including Product Marketing, Demand Gen Marketing, back-end developers, etc. (all stakeholders to take a web page from idea to completion)

– Knowledge of implementing Marketing/Analytics tools such as Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Remarketing, etc.

– Experience in creating embedded forms for data collection and user interaction.

– Ability to test, debug, and ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.

– Optimize web performance for faster loading and smoother user interactions.

Responsibilities:

– Own the entire website lifecycle from design to production

– Create captivating, functional, and user-friendly web designs

– Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps

– Present and defend designs to peers and executive-level stakeholders

– Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the organization

– Implement Marketing/Analytics tools and embedded forms for data collection

– Test and debug for cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness

– Optimize web performance for faster loading and improved user interactions

– Stay updated with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance your work continuously
