Description

The Data Processor will ensure the consistent and timely delivery of high-quality data to all internal and external partners, including production vendors, insights analysts, and media buyers. The Data Processor plays a key role in ensuring accurate production of data files and serves as a liaison with preprocessing vendors and lettershop vendors to ensure on-time, high quality delivery and to troubleshoot data issues as they arise during production.

Position Responsibilities

  • Analyze job instructions and determine requirements.
  • Perform quality control based on job instructions and team discussions.
  • Ensure quality control of data conversion instructions and segmentation counts before submission to One & All teams and vendors.
  • Maintain and manage deliverable dates in coordination with Project Management and other applicable One & All teams to ensure data deadlines are met.
  • Work collaboratively with One & All teams, technical and non-technical, to research and address data quality concerns and determine mutually agreeable resolutions.
  • Review data and perform quality control (QC) as required for projects such as direct mail campaigns, media, merge, digital, and analytics reporting.
  • Collaborate with print production manager to ensure final data meets production vendor requirements.
  • Review layouts, ask strategies, scanlines, and segmentation logic for accuracy.
  • Create purchase orders for vendor services related to Data Services Group activities.
  • Contribute to the onboarding of new clients to the One & All data warehouse. Perform data warehouse support and maintenance tasks.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding data-related tasks.
  • Provide consulting and training of One & All departments regarding data tasks and deliverables.
  • Instill diversity, equity and belonging principals to ensure a respectful, accepted, and valued treatment of all.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of data cleansing, data review and quality assessment, report writing, project management, or data management
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other standard flat file formats (CSV, txt, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Familiarity or experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) concepts preferred
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL query language preferred
