Our client architects, strategizes, develops and implements groundbreaking franchise content and leverages it across all media platforms. ModSquad is collaborating on two different TV shows with the studio, both coming soon to a popular streaming platform.
Audience engagement is the utmost important part of every brand that wants more profit and website traffic. Companies post social media and google campaigns so that they can attract new customers and engage them with the brand’s offerings. By social media moderation, a brand can filter out inappropriate content that can ruin the brand image. Content moderation is essential for companies to engage customers and create a safer platform for sharing their views.
We need mods who are enthusiastic about the fantasy genre to help moderate social media channels (Twitter, Facebook and Instagram) related to the show. Our objective is to help the studio to gauge the mood of the community and identify any trend.
You’ll work on a social media tool (Sprinklr right now, but we plan to move to another tool in the near future), where you’ll monitor the discussion on different threads, and escalate what’s important.
Project Hours:
10 pm – 2 am PST
9 am – 12 pm
Commitment:
10 – 15 hours per week
90 days (as needed)
Language skills needed: Arabic, Turkish, Italian, English, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French
What We Are Looking For a remote Content Moderator:
- 10-15 hours per week availability
- Resilient
- Ready to handle difficult content with professionalism
- Open to asking questions and having a general curiosity about your work, focusing on the ‘why’ behind decision making
- Accuracy should be something you hold with pride!
- Proactive and engaging with your fellow co-workers!
- Previous engagement experience is a must
- Experience with, or be comfortable with engaging with a wide range of different users across multiple platforms
