You will get the chance to:

  • Organize schedules and itineraries.
  • Coordinate US tours, handling flight bookings, hotel reservations, and check-ins.
  • Plan and execute large-scale events.
  • Manage logistics efficiently.
  • Work remotely but be able to attend to suppliers in Buenos Aires, oversee samples, etc.

What you must bring to the table:

  • An advanced English level.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Based in Buenos Aires.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
