What You’ll Do:
– Deeply understand how our onboarding process works, from gathering information to preparing and delivering training, making sure all relevant information is updated on our shared knowledge base.
– Learn how to provide the best possible onboarding experience in welcoming new joiners.
– Take your first steps into delivering training to both new joiners and current employees.
– Understand and transmit our company’s values to the people you train. This is a strategic and crucial task, seeing our culture is the DNA that makes us unique.
Here’s what we are looking for:
– Students or recently graduated of Humanities.
– Good analytical abilities, someone who is quick to learn.
– A good improviser! Someone with great interpersonal and communication skills.
– Good academic grades will be a plus.
– Advanced English level.
Desirable (but not essential!):
– 1+ years of previous work experience.
– Previous experience in the IT market is a BIG plus!
