We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our client’s Web Marketing team. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Web Marketing and collaborate with the web development lead.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using pure HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with the lead developer and web team to create and implement website designs
- Test and debug code to ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance
- Optimize website speed and performance through code optimization and image compression
- Implement responsive design principles
About You / Must Have
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
- 2+ years of experience with pure coding languages: CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript & jQuery (not CSS Framework)
- Solid understanding of web development principles and good practices for web optimization
- Experience with theme development for CMS like HubSpot (must understand the principles of CMS development more than the CMS experience)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of CSS Frameworks (such as Bootstrap or Material UI)
- Experience with coding languages like SASS, LESS, and Python
- Experience with HubSpot (would be exceptional)
- UX & UI knowledge
- Experience with Figma
Work Schedule: Central Timezone (max. of 3 hours difference).
