Virtual Assistant Job

Description

This is a PART-TIME, 1099 contract position. Anywhere from 5-15 hours per week.*

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the client’s behalf
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, travel arrangements
  • Managing the client’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Working closely with client to complete projects in a timely manner
